About Us

Our goal is to foster young sustainability leaders. We do this through a hands-on, empowering and solutions-focused curriculum that combines participatory workshops and an immersive, take-home Climate Challenge.

Since 2007, we have delivered over 3,500 workshops across BC, working with more than 100,000 students, and encouraging actions that have avoided an estimated 18,000 tonnes of greenhouse emissions.

Thanks to our program partners, Cool It! is offered free of charge to schools, teachers and students.

The Cool It Program is delivered on behalf of the BC Sustainable Energy Association, a registered Canadian charity working to create a 100% sustainably powered British Columbia. For more information on BCSEA and their work, visit bcsea.org.
